A global medical device company recently engaged with SWAN to raise awareness internally about the importance of sleep.
SWAN worked with the employer to create and implement a fully customized sleep education campaign to reach employees. This forward-thinking company wanted to determine how best to reach out to its employees, simultaneously from the West Coast to the East Coast, as part of a concentrated program on sleep health.
SWAN met with executives at the company, proposed a methodology to reach the employees nationwide, and implemented the sleep education campaign. It was highly regarded and very well-received by employees, many of whom had multiple “ah-hah!” moments regarding their own sleep, or the sleep of a loved one. At the conclusion of the campaign, employees were left with clear action items, and also contact information on their SWAN coach for answers to any questions, and guidance on sleep health.
